A man is asking if a volunteer would be willing to pick him up at 11:00 a.m. and bring him to Blue Sky Dental for a 11:30 a.m. appointment. Will call volunteer when ready for a ride home. Appt will take approx 3 hours.
Man uses a cane. Would like if volunteer could hold his elbow when he walks as well from his house to the car.
Man does not have his own driveway, but volunteer can park in the neighbor's driveway to pick up and drop off man.
Volunteer MUST wear a mask during transport.
Additional information, including the man's location, will be sent to the volunteer once they Respond.
