Families with an older adult often face challenges accessing resources and coordinating care. Our professional staff partner with individuals and families to navigate life changes while maintaining dignity and quality of life.  This program focuses on helping older adults in the community to remain living safely in their own homes by utilizing skilled volunteers.

Our professional and knowledgeable staff can help with: identifying individual needs, developing a plan and supporting follow-through, linking with community resources and ongoing support.  Services may include minor household maintenance and repair, safety inspections, light housekeeping, transportation, grocery shopping, snow removal and lawn care (just to name a few).
